Primary Radio: xm 		XM-6 months for $20

I let my sub run out and within 2 weeks I got "please come back calls".
After some haggling I got 6 months for $20 +$3 royalty fee.
That's less than $4 a month total. A method to recomend

Yep, it's a limit one promotion at a time, so you've got to wait until things run out before you see a decent offer on the table from them.

I am currently on that plan -- set to expire in February. I have it so I can monitor if its getting better or worse.
