Hello guys.. i'm having problems finding the Inno2 V1.05 like you recommended. Does anyone have a link to a reputible dealer? Does myradiostore.com carry them? Also i live in canada are the radio's the same up here as in the states?

I dont think they make Inno2 V1.05... Inno2 means it comes with SureConnect while V1.05 means it has the Integrated FM Modulator.. It is my understanding you cannot not have both.... |

I just purchased a refurbished Inno-1 from Myradiostore.com. I have 2 Airware units. The Inno is a HUGE upgrade from the Airware. It's smaller, easier to use, with a nice colorful screen. I love the 10 minute buffer for recording purposes.

Is there a way to use the Inno in a car without the dock? That is, can you plug the car antenna directly into a port on the Inno and can you plug the a line out into my stereo system?

quote: If you google it, there are a few dealers that specifically sell the 1.05 firmware inno... but they charge way over the current market price for it... like 300 bux... Ebay is your cheapest bet. It used to be that there were always at least 2 or 3 1.05 innos up for sale, but they really have dried up. The best thing to do now is to ask the seller's a question on the firmware version. I did this and just found (and won) a 1.05 inno for 120 shipped. Yes its slightly more expensive than myradiostore, but this one has the FM mod as I like and I'm willing to live with the battery drain issue to keep the FM mod. _________________ _______ Greg Delphi Skyfi2 Car Inno home / portable XM Direct in Wife's Car Sirius Xact Whereever |

I'm far from from an expert, but it was suggest to me(by myradiostore.com)to run the firm update. I was told by the CSR at myradiostore.com that the Inno -1's had some software "issues",but they were easily corrected by running the current firmware update.

quote: Do you think Ziggy will offer an adapter for the antenna like the one he has for the MyFi? That was very helpful when using my MyFi in rental cars! I would just carry an old magnetic car antenna with me and run it through a window and plug into the side port on the MyFi. Seems the same thing can be done for the Inno. See: http://www.myradiostore.com/antennas-cables/for-myfi-xm2go/myfi-antenna-adapter.html I guess the downside is the Inno has no FM without the dock. The MyFi does output FM without its dock. I guess that lessens the chance he will offer an adapter. _________________ Where Liberty dwells, there is my country. -- Benjamin Franklin |

quote: That is also the primary reason I'll continue to use the MyFi in my vehicle. I can grab it and use the clip-2 antenna on my wife's hood and it works in her car, with no car kit. Inno can't do that unless you run 1.05 firmware Thanks, FCC. _________________ Support xm411.com by shopping at

[quote="Fman99"] quote: Well, the adapter could have a power tail so you could plug in the power adapter that has the built in FM transmitter. That is like the Delphi SA10081 Universal Audio Adapter SkyFi/Roady Wireless FM Modulator. http://www.myradiostore.com/fmmodulators/delphi-skyfi-wireless-fm-modulator.html ![]() _________________ Where Liberty dwells, there is my country. -- Benjamin Franklin |
