Three Decades Of The Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 To Be Heard On XM Satellite Radio BURBANK, Calif., May 21

BURBANK, Calif., May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Rick Dees and XM Satellite Radio
have reached an agreement that will make every show from The Rick Dees Weekly
Top 40, the longest running countdown show in America, available to XM's over
9 million subscribers. These shows will also be available to DirecTV
subscribers and those renting cars equipped with XM Satellite Radios.

Jon Zellner, Senior Vice President/ Music Programming for XM Satellite
Radio said, "The XM decades channels are designed to re-create Top 40 radio of
the time and Rick Dees is a VERY important part of the format's history. We
couldn't be more excited to add The Weekly Top 40 Countdown to the '80s on 8,
'90s on 9, and XM 30, 'The Hitlist.'"

When asked about this partnership, Rick Dees said, "I am extremely excited
to be on XM Satellite Radio and counting down the minutes to our launch." Dees
continued, "We started The Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 in 1983, and together we
discovered some incredible music, and the stories behind the hits are even
more amazing!"

The Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 will be heard on 3 channels: EIGHTIES ON 8,
NINETIES ON 9, with current shows running on THE HIT LIST, XM's channel 30.
The shows debut on Saturday, June 7th.

Agree. Kasey rules. Dees is OK, but whatever they do, please don't get rid of Kasey.
